The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida provide a “home-away-from-home” for families with children receiving treatment at pediatric hospitals and medical centers in Orlando. Its three homes serve around 2,500 families per year, allowing parents to stay close to their critically ill children while reducing the stress and financial burden of finding a hotel for nights on end, or being isolated from a network of support.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay is comprised of four Houses throughout the Tampa Bay region, offering a total of 80 rooms per night for families receiving treatment at local pediatric hospitals and care centers. These houses serve as a “home-away-from-home” for around 2,000 families each year. Their dedicated team of employees and volunteers supply the nurturing and emotional support a family needs while recovering from a child’s illness or injury.
The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America’s Camp Oasis a co-ed residential camp program that's mission is to enrich the lives of children with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis by providing a safe and supportive camp community.
